Simple, transparent, and owner-operated from first call to final walk-through. Here's exactly what working with Rogers Machine Works looks like.
No pressure. No runaround. Just a straight conversation.
Madison visits in person. No guessing from photos.
One clear number. No surprises when the invoice comes.
Owner-operated means Madison is on the job. Every time.
We leave the site clean. That's part of the job.
We walk the property with you before we consider it done.
It starts with a call or a form submission — your choice. We'll ask about your property, what you're dealing with, and what you're trying to accomplish. For most projects, we can give you a ballpark right there on the phone. For larger or more complex jobs, we'll schedule a site visit first. Either way, the estimate is always free and there's zero pressure to commit.
We believe the estimate process should be simple and honest. No upselling, no confusing line items, no bait-and-switch. You'll know what the job costs before we ever start.
For jobs that need it, Madison comes out to walk the property personally. We look at access, terrain, the density of the overgrowth, what equipment will be needed, and where debris will go. We ask questions, we listen, and we build a clear plan before anything moves.
This step is critical — doing a job right starts with understanding it completely. We'd rather take the time to assess correctly than rush in and create problems.
After the assessment, you get a written quote covering exactly what will be done, what's included, and what the total cost will be. We discuss timeline, access logistics, and any details that matter to you. Once you're happy with everything, we schedule the work.
We don't pad quotes or hide fees. If something unexpected comes up during the job that changes the scope, we talk to you first — always.
When we show up, we show up ready. The right equipment for the specific job, a clear plan, and Madison personally on-site from start to finish. We work efficiently but we don't cut corners — every pass matters, every detail counts.
You'll never get a crew you've never met showing up without warning. You know who's working on your property, because it's always the same person who gave you the quote.
Once the clearing, grading, or restoration work is done, we handle cleanup. Debris is removed or mulched on-site depending on the project and your preference. We don't leave a mess for you to deal with. The site is ready for the next step — lawn prep, construction, or just enjoying the space.
A lot of contractors do the work and leave the mess. We don't. Cleanup isn't an add-on — it's built into how we operate.
When the job is finished, we walk the property together. We want you to see every corner of what was done. If there's anything that doesn't look right to you, we address it on the spot. The job isn't complete until you're satisfied — that's the commitment we make every time.
This is what "done right" means to us. Not just technically complete, but something you're genuinely happy with. That final walk-through is how we make sure.
Madison is on every job. You're not getting a sub, a stranger, or a crew you've never met. You know who you hired, and that's who shows up.
No middlemen. You talk to the owner. Questions, changes, concerns — all go directly to the person doing the work.
When the owner is on the job, he's staking his name and reputation on every decision. That raises the standard for everything.
We operate with honesty in everything — how we quote, how we work, and how we follow through. Your property is treated like our own.
